PLUG & PLAY CONVENIENCE WITH 240V CONVERTIBILITY
The 202 PNP comes configured for convenient 120V/15A Plug & Play operation, making setup straightforward without requiring a dedicated 240V connection in its standard configuration. Simply fill the spa, connect it to the appropriate electrical outlet, and follow the manufacturer’s startup instructions.
For owners who want increased heating performance, the 202 PNP is also convertible to 240V/50A operation. The standard 120V configuration utilizes a 1.0 kW heater, while conversion to 240V allows the spa to utilize a 4.0 kW heater. A qualified electrician should perform the 240V electrical installation in accordance with applicable electrical codes.
ENERGY-EFFICIENT INSULATION & DURABLE CONSTRUCTION
Cyanna Valley builds the 202 PNP with energy efficiency and durability in mind. Its Triple Insulation Process combines Reflectix insulation, including foam board and a temperature shield, with 2 lb. density polyurethane foam applied to the underside of the spa shell. This insulation package helps retain heat and improve overall spa efficiency.
The spa shell is crafted from high-density, UV-stabilized polyethylene, providing a durable surface designed for long-term outdoor spa use. The 202 PNP is also Certified to California Energy Commission (CEC) Standards and is built in the USA.
QUALITY COMPONENTS & EASY WATER CARE
A Balboa Control System provides convenient control over spa operation. A single 20-square-foot filter provides water filtration, while integrated LED points-of-light add illumination for nighttime soaking. With a water capacity of approximately 210 gallons, the 202 PNP delivers a full hot tub experience in a compact footprint. Its single jet pump powers 23 hydrotherapy jets throughout the spa.

The CVHS rating considers multiple components that contribute to overall hydrotherapy performance, including spa size, jet count, jet orifices and configuration, pump performance, plumbing, and valve components.

Cyanna Valley Spas Oversized Item Return Policy (“Return Policy”) sets the criteria for the Authorized Online Reseller and Purchasing Consumer for the return of a hot tub and/or hot tub cover under certain conditions. Cyanna Valley Spas and its parent company Viking Spas Inc. will make any and all final determinations with regard to the authorized return and the approval of any refund based on this policy and other factors.
What is Cyanna Valley Spas Oversized Item Return Policy?
You may initiate a return for most new and unopened oversized items within 10 days of delivery. A refund may be issued if the item is in new and unused condition, in its original unopened packaging, and is free of any damage from any outbound freight or return freight to Cyanna Valley Spas. Cyanna Valley Spas is not responsible for any freight damage claims and cannot be held liable for any such damage or any warranty claims that may be the result of damage caused by the freight company.
- All Cyanna Valley cancelled orders are subject to a 15% manufacturer restocking fee, in addition to any fees noted in the merchant cancellation policy.
