Replacement Cover Lock Set
Restore a broken or damaged hot tub cover lock with a replacement buckle.
Female buckles are easy to replace. Simply remove the old or broken buckle from the hot tub cabinet and screw the new buckle into place.
Male buckles require a few additional installation steps because the sewn cover-strap loop cannot be opened. The replacement male buckle must be modified by cutting a small notch into the buckle, allowing it to slip onto the existing strap. After installation, tape is placed over the cut beneath the strap to help secure the buckle.
